How to maintain capsule filling machine:
1. When the normal working time of the machine is long, the parts directly in contact with the medicine should be cleaned regularly. When the batch of drugs is replaced or the shutdown time is long, the parts should also be cleaned up.
2. The transmission mechanism under the machine working table should always add lubricating oil (grease) to reduce the wear of moving parts.
3. The main transmission reducer should check the amount of oil once a month, refueling in time when it is insufficient, replacing the lubricating oil once every six months; the rotary table indexing box should replace the lubricating oil once every 3000 hours, according to the experience of the general use of 90# oil.
4. Safety clutch plays a protective role when the machine is overloaded. The clutch should not slip when the load is normal, but it may also slip when used for a long time. When slipping occurs in normal use, the round nut of the clutch can be tightened to ensure the normal operation of the machine and protect it

5．In the filling of hard capsule, the vacuum separator of vacuum system mainly plays the role of pulling the capsule into the upper and lower modules and separating the cap and body. If the capsule cannot be separatedto cap and body, subsequent filling will not continue. The rotary table of the machine runs one station, the machine spindle rotates for one round, and the vacuum separator moves up and down once under the action of cam. If the separation of capsule cap and body is not smooth, the gap between the upper plane of the vacuum separator and the lower plane of the lower module should be checked. If the gap is too large, the vacuum degree of the vacuum system cannot reach the required vacuum degree of the cap and body separation (about 0.05mpa). When need to adjust the position of the vacuum separator, turn the main motor shaft by the handle, make the vacuum separator to rise to the highest position, loosen the locknut ofthe adjustment rod under the machine, locknut including a left-handed nut and a right-handed nut, and turn adjusting screw to adjust the height of the vacuum separator, then lock nut and turn the main motor shaft test by the handle until it is suitable. The vacuum level is read on the vacuum gauge of the machine operation panel. If the vacuum level is too high, the vacuum level regulator can be opened appropriately. If the vacuum level is too low, the vacuum level regulator can be turn down or turn off. The filter of the vacuum system should be opened regularly to remove the blockage so that the vacuum system has enough vacuum.
