How to remove the simple trouble of full-automatic capsule filling machine
When abnormal faults occur, it may lead to the "timing" error of each
cam (that is the movement of the cam sequence error), adjust to ensure that the movement of the
mechanism does not interfere. The
motor is decelerated by the reducer to run continuously and the filling rotary
table moves intermittently by the dividing box of the rotary table When
it is necessary to adjust the "timing" (i.e. the movement sequence of
cams), the handle is used to rotate the main motor shaft. When the filling
turntable reaches a certain position, the filling turntable changes from motion
to stop and lasts for a period of time. During the period when the turntable is
stopped, something
should to be done:
(1) The cam used for
capsule distribution at first, second stations should be delivered to the
module mouth.
(2) The cam used for separating the cap and the body of the capsule in the
first and second positions should be raised to the lower plane of the lower
module by using the vacuum separator, and the vacuum system should produce
enough vacuum to make the capsule enter the module and separate the cap and the
body.
(3)The cam used to
remove the reject capsules
should be raised at Sixth stations to remove defective capsules.
(4) The cam used for
locking the filling capsule at eighth stations should be lifted up to lock the
capsule.
(5) The cam on the ninth duty station for the finished
product should be raised and rolled out of the finished product.
After the intermittent period, filling turntable moving to the next station should guarantee all mechanism have no interference in the process of movement, when the interference occurs operator should see the cam’s movement is too early or too late. When the cam acts early operator should loosen the camof fastening screws and to reverseit. When the cam acts too late, operator should loosen the camof fastening screws to clockwise rotate it to achieve the mechanism interference action will not occur. After the cam "timing" is adjusted, the controller should rotate the main motor shaft continuously to make the filling rotary table run for a week or two. After confirming that the movement of each mechanism is not interfered, the machine can be powered on.
(6) Electrical control system of the machine. There are three ways to run the machine: point, automatic and debug.
The difference between automatic mode and debugging mode is that when choosing automatic mode, the main motor can be started only when all four side doors are closed. When selecting the debugging mode, the main motor can also start when the four side doors are opened. The main motor is adjusted steplessly by the frequency converter, and the frequency converter is started and stopped by the normally open contact of the main contactor to start and stop the main motor.
The machine has an automatic alarm system for lacking of empty capsules and materials. When lack of empty capsules or materials,the alarm will start to prompt the operator to add materials.
